Hello again!
I have figured some things out since the last time I posted in this blog.
I was thinking about doing weight watchers for a while and I was motivated by this girl who started video blogging and showing her progressive weight loss.
She ended up losing massive amounts of weight and eventually reaching her goal through weight watchers.
I then realized that the weight watchers that i was planning on doing was online and that I would probably not have the motivation to do it unless I was going to meetings.
I found this amazing nutritionist and I made my first appointment for this coming Friday.
I hate going to the gym so I have decided that I`m going to start doing this walk up a mountain 3 or 4 times a week.
After my first appointment I will come back and blog about my weight and what my goals are and when I go once a week I will tell you guys about my progress.

Hopefully this time it`ll work!!

First Night

So I've never really blogged before, but I'm hoping by doing this that it will keep me motivated to reach my goal.

I feel like I always make goals in my life but I am never fully capable of delivering.
I think that this is a test as to how committed I can be to something if I fully devote myself.
I'm not too sure how much I weigh right now because I don't have a scale at home but I don't think I want to weigh myself anyways.
I think I'm just going to make myself and exercise and meal plan and just begin from there hoping that I will see some results.

I am not by any means fat, but I do have many anxiety, depression issues and I was always told by every single therapist and psychologist that I ever had that the best cure to anxiety and depression is exercise.

I'm going to do my research tonight but I am hoping to find a form of exercise that I enjoy because I very much dislike going to the gym. I was thinking very late night runs where there are not many people around.

I know my thoughts are kind of everywhere but I want to reach this goal of getting in better shape this summer and feeling better about myself. So hopefully after doing some research I'll come back here and post another blog with my results of what I have found that I think will work for me.
